About the Role:

Our client is in search of a HR Coordinator who will support the administration of HR programs and coordinate various HR activities. This individual will provide support to any of the following functional areas within HR; Compensation, Employee Relations, HRIS Administration, Benefits and Training.

What You Will Do:

  • Accurately completes and verifies HR-related forms and documents, ensuring timely processing. Manages various Human Resources documents, including applications, employment forms, pay changes, transfers, and confidential records.
  • Prepares reports by gathering relevant information and maintains employee records, either manually or in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring the accuracy and security of information.
  • Coordinates and provides administrative support for specific functional areas within human resources, including Compensation, Employment, Employee Relations, HRIS Administration, HR Program Administration, Benefits, and Training.
  • Engages in effective communication of human resources information to employees and actively participates in special projects aimed at enhancing HR processes.
  • Performs additional job-related duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources to include knowledge of recruitment and onboarding.

  • Detail Oriented – You pay attention to the specifics, avoiding oversights and errors.
  • Technically Savvy – You possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and excel in leveraging software to run various reports.
  • Adaptable – You have the capacity to handle multiple and parallel projects and are a strong project administrator.

Schedule:

  • Standard core business hours
  • Hybrid work schedule with days in office & remote
